Leather Care Tips

We’ve put together a few tips to help keep the leather on your footwear and accessories in good condition for longer.

Conditioning (Leather Nourishment)

Frequency: Every 2–4 weeks, depending on use.

How to condition:

  • Use leather-specific creams or balms (not generic lotions).

  • Apply with a clean, dry cloth using gentle circular motions.

  • Let it sit for a few minutes, then buff with a soft cloth.

Water Protection

Frequency: Each time you’ll wear them in humid or rainy conditions.

How to protect:

  • Use a waterproofing spray made specifically for leather.

  • Apply in a ventilated area from 8–12 inches away in light coats.

  • Let dry for at least 1 hour before wearing.

Regular Cleaning

After each wear, or at least once a week if you use them often.

How to clean:

  • Brush off dust and dirt with a soft natural-bristle brush or a dry cloth.

  • If they’re dirtier, use a damp (not wet) cloth with a little mild soap and water.

  • Dry with a clean, soft cloth. Do not use a dryer or place in direct sunlight.

Color Maintenance (Pigmented Creams)
